[Libjpeg-turbo-users] How fast is libjpeg-turbo compared to the Microsoft implementation of jpeg encoder on a ARM processor?

does someone know how the performance of libjpeg-turbo encoder compared to the implementation in Windows is (IWICBitmapEncoder)? This on ARM Windows Phones.

No idea, but I suspect we're faster than their implementation. There is
no technical or legal reason why OS X and Windows couldn't adopt
libjpeg-turbo as their system JPEG library, but to my knowledge, only
Linux distributions (and soon Android) use libjpeg-turbo at the moment.
